The terms and conditions of order and delivery are valid from: 28.04.2026.
1. General information about the online store
Stella Sisu Oy (business ID: 3520105-6, visiting address: Taivalmäki 9, 02200 Espoo, email: info@stella-sisu.fi) sells products to individuals and organizations worldwide. We reserve the right to change prices, order and delivery terms.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed via the website at www.stella-sisu.fi by adding the products to the shopping cart and making the payment at the online store checkout. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. The order and delivery terms must be read before ordering. Products are not reserved for the customer in the shopping cart, meaning the product is yours only after receiving the order confirmation. The order is automatically confirmed by email.
3. Prices and payment methods
EU countries: All prices include Finnish VAT (25.5%), unless otherwise stated (e.g. EU OSS distance selling regulations).
Non-EU countries (e.g. Norway, Switzerland): When a country outside the EU is selected as the delivery address, prices become tax-free (VAT 0%).
Customs and import taxes: For orders outside the EU the customer is the importer and is responsible for all customs duties, VAT and other import costs charged by the authorities of the destination country.
Payment is made securely in cooperation with Mollie B.V. The accepted payment methods are:
- Bank and credit cards
- Online banking payments
- Trustly
- Invoice / installment payment Klarna
- Bank transfer to Osuuspankki, Finland
4. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by Shipit Oy Ab (including Posti, Matkahuolto, DB Schenker, PostNord, UPS).
- Delivery time: In-stock products are usually shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time abroad varies depending on the destination country (EU 2–7 business days, outside the EU 5–14 business days).
- Custom-made products: The delivery time for leotards and special orders is agreed separately (usually max. 1 month or depending on the order queue).
- Orders can be picked up without shipping costs from the office in Espoo during its opening hours.
For now, the office is open on Tuesdays from 6-8 pm, Fridays from 5:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays from 10-12 am at Taivalmäki 9, 02200 Espoo (Cityvarasto Business Center). Please follow any changes to opening hours on the online store page.
The online store reserves the right to change the delivery method.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping method and destination country selected in the shopping cart. Standard shipping in Finland starts at €5.50. Check the package when you receive it; if the packaging is damaged, file a complaint directly with the shipping company.
6. Exchange and return conditions
There is no right of exchange in the online store. You can return an unused product by following the instructions, in which case the online store will refund you the purchase price of the product. If you want to change the size of the product you ordered, for example, you can return the wrong size product and place a new order in the online store. This way, you can immediately see whether the product is available in the size you want and you will usually receive the new product within 2–5 business days.
Completed, unused products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened hygiene products, custom-made goods or sealed products (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). The withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the product, which is shown in the tracking code information. Returns are subject to a fee for our customers, meaning the customer agrees to pay the postage costs resulting from the return.
Returned products must be unused, in saleable condition and in their original packaging. We process customer returns within 14 days. The right of return does not apply to custom-made or special-order products (custom designs).
Products ordered from the online store can be returned to our office in Espoo or by mail.

We do not accept cash on delivery returns or home delivery packages. The package can be delivered either to a nearby pickup point or to a post office machine.
Returned products must be sent back soon after notification of return. If the products are not in resaleable condition, part of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act on Distance Selling (13 June 2014), the online store has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product(s). The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Keep the receipt you received from the post officeuntil you have received notification from us that the returned product(s) has been inspected.
The customer is responsible for return costs, unless the delivery is incorrect.
7. Failure to pick up an order
An order not picked up is not the same as a return.
If the customer does not pick up the order and it is returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping fee and any handling fees incurred from the return from any refund. If the product is a custom-made or personalized product, the payment will not be refunded.
We ask customers to ensure that they pick up their orders on time to avoid unnecessary additional costs.
If you have selected pick-up from the office (Espoo) as the delivery method, we ask that you pick up the order within 14 days of notification.
If the order is not picked up by the deadline:
- We will send a reminder message by email.
- If the order is not picked up despite a reminder, we reserve the right to:
- charges €5/week for storage, starting after 15 days.
- cancel the order if the item is not picked up within 30 days and we have not been contacted. In this case, any storage costs already paid will not be refunded.
We hope that the customer will contact us if necessary and arrange additional storage time in advance.
8. Force Majeure
Stella Sisu Oy is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by force majeure, such as strikes or a pandemic.
7. Complaints and faulty products
If the product is defective or the delivery is incorrect, please contact us immediately by email info@stella-sisu.fi. The situation will be investigated and a repair or refund will be agreed upon.
In connection with the sale of used goods, i.e. at a flea market, we cannot guarantee the complete cleanliness or sterility of the goods. Although we do our best to check and clean the products before selling them, we are not responsible if the used goods contain pet hair or other substances that may cause allergic reactions. The customer accepts and understands that the responsibility for managing these risks lies with the customer. We recommend that the customer cleans all used goods purchased before use.
Stella Sisu Oy is not liable for any inconvenience caused by force majeure (e.g. strike, pandemic or customs delay). If disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
