Voiko liikkeeseen tulla ilman ajanvarausta?

Kyllä voi aukioloaikojen puitteissa. Mikäli tarvitset apua kilpailupuvun suunnittelussa, sovituksessa tai haluat rauhassa tutustua vaihtoehtoihin, suosittelemme varaamaan ajan etukäteen. Näin voimme varata juuri sinulle riittävästi aikaa.

Voiko kilpailupuvun suunnitella etänä?

Kyllä. Suunnittelemme kilpailupukuja asiakkaille kaikkialta Suomesta ja myös ulkomaille. Suunnittelu onnistuu sähköpostin, videopuhelun sekä mittojen ja referenssikuvien avulla. Saat luonnoksen hyväksyttäväksi ennen ompelun aloittamista.

Lähetättekö tuotteita myös ulkomaille?

Kyllä. Toimitamme verkkokaupan tuotteita Suomen lisäksi myös muihin maihin. Toimituskulut ja toimitusajat määräytyvät kohdemaan mukaan. Mikäli et löydä maatasi toimitusvaihtoehdoista, ota yhteyttä – etsimme sopivan ratkaisun.

Voiko verkkokaupan tuotteet noutaa Espoon liikkeestä?

Kyllä. Voit noutaa verkkokauppatilauksesi Espoon myymälästämme sen aukioloaikoina: Tiistaisin klo 18.00–20.00 Perjantaisin klo 17.30–19.30 Lauantaisin klo 10.00–12.00 Saat sähköpostin, kun tilauksesi on valmis noudettavaksi. Mikäli et pääse noutamaan tilausta aukioloaikoina, ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme, niin sovimme mahdollisuuksien mukaan erillisestä noutoajasta.

Kuinka kilpailupuvun tilaaminen etenee?

Kilpailupuvun tilaaminen alkaa suunnittelulla, jossa käymme yhdessä läpi toiveesi, värit, materiaalit ja budjetin. Hyväksytyn luonnoksen jälkeen valmistamme puvun mittojen mukaan ja pidämme sinut ajan tasalla koko prosessin ajan.

Kuinka aikaisin kilpailupuku kannattaa tilata?

Suosittelemme tilaamaan kilpailupuvun vähintään 3–4 kuukautta ennen ensimmäisiä kilpailuja . Kilpailukauden kiireisimpinä aikoina valmistusajat voivat olla pidempiä, joten mitä aikaisemmin otat yhteyttä, sitä enemmän vaihtoehtoja aikataulun suhteen on käytettävissä.

How quickly do you respond to contacts?

We respond to emails and contact form messages in general within 24 hours on weekdays. In urgent matters, you can also call us or send a message on WhatsApp.

Can you come to the store without an appointment?

Yes, you can during opening hours. If you need help with designing or fitting a leotard, or if you want to explore the options in your own time, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. This way we can reserve enough time for you.

Can the leotard be designed remotely?

Yes. We design leotards for customers all over Finland and also abroad. The design is done via email, video call, measurements and reference photos. You will receive a sketch for approval before the sewing begins.

Do you also ship products abroad?

Yes. We deliver online store products to other countries in addition to Finland. Delivery costs and delivery times depend on the destination country. If you cannot find your country in the delivery options, please contact us – we will find a suitable solution.

Can the products of the online store be picked up from the store in Espoo?

Yes. You can pick up your online store order from our store in Espoo during its opening hours:

Tuesdays 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Fridays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If you cannot pick up the order during opening hours, contact our customer service and we will arrange a separate pick-up time if possible.

How does ordering a leotard proceed?

Ordering a leotard starts with planning, where we go through your wishes, colors, materials and budget together. After the approved sketch, we make the leotard according to your measurements and keep you informed throughout the process.

How early should I order a leotard?

We recommend ordering a leotard at least 3–4 months before the first competitions. During the busiest times of the competition season, production times may be longer, so the earlier you contact us, the more scheduling options will be available.
