Do you want to ask about our products, book an appointment for design or inquire about repairing a leotard? We are here for you! Stella Sisu and Stella Ompelimo serve customers all over the world in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Finnish languages – both individuals and clubs.

You can easily contact us by email or via the contact form. We will respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. We are happy to help with any questions, whether they are small clarifications, design ideas or larger project inquiries.

Stella Ompelimo is located in Espoo, but serves customers worldwide. You can send your leotard to us for fitting, design or repair – or bring it to our Espoo office if you live close enough. We create custom-made leotards, repair and update old competition uniforms and make hair accessories.

Stella Sisu is an online store and shop in Espoo, Finland where you will find carefully selected products for athletes who value beauty, comfort and performance. If you have any questions about products, deliveries or orders, please feel free to contact us – our customer service will be happy to help you.

Can I go shopping on site?

Welcome to the Espoo store on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m., Fridays from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10-12 a.m.! In the store you can try on all the competition and training clothes on sale, get to know other products in the online store's selection and discuss the design of a competition suit. The store's address is Taivalmäki 9, 02200 Espoo. There are parking spaces next to the store. We are also easily accessible by public transport, such as the metro and bus.

Can I reserve a product and pick it up at the store?

The online store reservation works as a purchase with pickup. Add the items you need to your shopping cart, pay for them in your preferred way and select “Pickup from Espoo store” as the delivery method. This way you ensure that you receive the product you need without shipping costs.

How do I know if a product is immediately available in stock?

You can see on the product page of the online store whether the product is available and how many pieces are currently in stock in Espoo. The online store only shows products that are immediately available in Espoo.

How can I return the item I ordered?

Products ordered from the online store can be returned to our office in Espoo or by post. Do not return products cash on delivery. Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that returned products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened hygiene products, custom-made goods or sealed products (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). The withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the product, which is shown in the tracking code information.

Is the return free of charge?

There is a fee for returning the product to our customers, meaning that the customer agrees to pay the shipping costs associated with the return.

When will I receive the refund?

According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act on Distance Selling (13.6.2014), the online store has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product(s). The payment will be refunded in principle using the same payment method used for the original order. The refund may take 5-7 working days, depending on the customer's bank.

Does the product I ordered have a warranty?

The warranty periods for gymnastics equipment are shown in the description of each product in the online store. Each manufacturer has its own warranty periods, which are recommended by the manufacturer in the online store.

How can I place a team order?

Can I bring a leotard for repair without an appointment?

Yes, you can bring your leotard to our store without an appointment within opening hours.Please note, however, that during busy times we may not be able to serve you immediately – we recommend booking an appointment in advance if you want to ensure personal service.

Can I pay with a card or gift card?

Yes! Our store accepts most common debit and credit cards, as well as Stella Sisu's own gift cards. If you have a gift card for the online store, you can also use it in the store - please inform us of this at the checkout before payment.

What is Stella Sisu? Are you a new company?

No, we are not a new company – but a familiar player in a new guise.
Stella Sisu and Stella Ompelimo are former Stella Gymnastics.
With the name change, we wanted to better reflect our expanded range, which serves not only gymnasts but also other aesthetic sports athletes, such as skaters and dancers.
At the same time, we have renewed our visual identity, but our heart still beats for the same passion: individual design, quality, and the beauty of movement.

How can I contact customer service faster?

We serve you by email info@stella-sisu.fi, by phone +3584578723460 and via WhatsApp. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours. We answer messages and calls on weekdays between 3 and 8 pm.

How can I pay for my order?

In the online store you can pay securely through all Finnish online banks, with a credit card, via PayPal, ApplePay and by bank transfer. In the Espoo store you can pay with a debit card or cash.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Packages are delivered to the recipient's chosen pickup point usually within 2-4 business days of sending the order within Finland. Orders sent abroad are shipped on the same days and usually delivery takes up to 7 working days depending on destination country, package size and selected operator. The recipient will receive a notification of arrival via text message when the package is available for pickup. The shipment will be kept at the pickup point for 7 days.

Can I track the progress of my order?

You will receive a tracking code for your order by email when it is shipped, and you can use it to track the progress of your order. You will also receive a notification by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I pick up my order from a store in Espoo?

When ordering, select "Pickup from Espoo store" as the delivery method. You will receive a separate email when your order is ready for pickup from Espoo store. Orders can be picked up on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m., Fridays from 5.30-7.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. -12 p.m.

What are the shipping costs?

Online store processing and shipping costs in Finland start at €5.50 and vary depending on the size and weight of the order. International orders shipping fees start from 9.90 €. All cost are visible during check out progress in online store.

How do I choose the right size product?

Size charts can be found in the product descriptions. If you have any questions about the size or other features of the product, please contact us at info@stella-sisu.com and we will be happy to provide more information about the products.
